Winter began with excessive rainfall and mild temperatures, favoring an early, even start for the vines. This dynamic start to the cycle augured a vintage marked by adaptation and control. In the spring, wet conditions required increased vigilance, but the responsiveness of our teams enabled the vineyard to reach its full potential. Gradually, the vines regained their equilibrium and continued to develop in a milder climate, giving us a glimpse of the future. The summer, hot but not excessively so, favored gradual, harmonious ripening of the berries. Optimal sunshine sublimated the aromas and freshness of the fruit, while the rains at the end of the cycle perfected the balance of the grapes as the harvest approached. Precise and selective, the harvest yields healthy, perfectly ripe grapes. Château Ormes de Pez 2024 stands out for its elegance and freshness. The subtle balance between finesse and intensity marks a harmonious vintage, faithful to the expression of the terroir.
