Darroze is a renowned spirits trading house, specializing in exceptional eaux-de-vie and armagnacs. The story of this family-run house is one of passion for craftsmanship, tradition and the relentless pursuit of quality.
The Darroze family has built its reputation on an incredible collection of Armagnacs from the region's finest estates. Each is matured in its own personal piece of oak; the name of the estate, the year of production and the bottling date guarantee this unique diversity. To pRéserver specificities, no blends of Domaines or vintages. So as not to betray the typicities, no "reduction" that would dilute not only the alcoholic strength but also the aromatic power and nuances of the terroir by adding "petites eaux".

This exceptional vintage from Domaine de La Boubée embodies the craftsmanship and tradition of great Armagnacs. Produced by the Houbart family, this 1982 vintage is the result of a unique terroir, characterized by sandy and boulbène soils, and expertise passed down from generation to generation.
Cultivated on 21 hectares, this estate focuses on Baco and Ugni Blanc grape varieties, distilled continuously at 63% ABV by the producers themselves. Aged in local oak barrels, this spirit develops a rare aromatic complexity, typical of the Ténarèze appellation.
Its golden color with amber highlights is immediately appealing to the eye. The nose is soft and warm, revealing captivating aromas of chocolate, candied figs, tobacco, and gingerbread. On the palate, the balance is perfect: spices (clove, licorice) intertwine with a slightly peppery touch, leading to a long and persistent finish.
