The Bonnaire Cramant Blanc de blancs 2016 is an exceptional wine from the most prestigious parcels of Cramant, ideally located mid-slope. The Grand Cru terroir gives this 100% Chardonnay the power and elegance that characterize this privileged location.
This Champagne Extra brut, with a dosage of just 2.5 g/L, is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with malolactic fermentation, then aged on lees for at least 7 years.
Its precision and freshness make it a remarkable wine for laying down, ideal for lovers of refined Champagnes.
Think outside the box with a daring combination: gnocchi with sage butter and roasted hazelnut chips, sea bass ceviche with pomegranate and yuzu, or fresh goat's cheese rolled in citrus zest.
