A sure-fire, must-try value, Maison Deutz has decidedly everything to please, offering numerous Champagnes as fine as they are irresistible. Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, this wine reveals a limpid, golden hue and seduces with subtle aromas of white flowers, preserved lemon and buttered brioche.
On the palate, its silky texture reveals notes of green apple, fresh lemon and brioche, followed by a lingering, saline finish that highlights the purity and tension of this cuvée. The Blanc de blancs 2019 embodies both the freshness of the vintage and the elegance characteristic of Deutz.
Perfect as an aperitif as well as at the table, it is ideal with fine dishes such as oysters au gratin, sea bass ceviche, pan-fried scallops or risotto with preserved lemon. Pairings that sublimate the wine's freshness and delicate nuances, for a fine dining experience.
