Lallier Brut nature is a single-harvest Champagne of great purity, made from 67% Chardonnay (Côte des blancs) and 33% Pinot Noir (Aÿ, Grand Cru).
With no dosage (0 g/L), it expresses chalky minerality, delicate floral notes, and aromas of citrus and ripe yellow fruit, with a lively, saline mouthfeel and good length.
After 4 years' ageing on the lees, it offers a chiselled, balanced texture.
Perfect with sea bream sashimi, scallop carpaccio with lime or fresh goat's cheese. Serve between 10°C and 12°C.
