This House, founded in 1818 by Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, is still one of the last family-run and independent Champagne Houses, run by François Roland-Billecart, head of the 6th generation.

Description Billecart-Salmon Le Blanc de Blancs.

From exceptional terroirs, this Champagne is a pure, elegant expression of Chardonnay. In the glass, it immediately seduces us with its brilliant, pale yellow color and slightly green highlights. On the nose, pure aromas of hawthorn, acacia, citrus zest and white-fleshed fruit emerge. Subtle hints of brioche and almond appear with aeration. On the palate, it offers a lively, precise attack carried by great tension. Airy and greedy, it has citrus aromas and a hint of iodine. The balance between finesse and elegance is perfect, offering a pure, long-lasting finish.
