Located in the heart of the prestigious Côte des blancs, Maison Waris-Hubert is the fruit of a long family tradition, today represented by Stéphanie and Olivier Waris, the fourth generation of winemakers.
Based in Avize, village Grand Cru, the Waris-Hubert family carefully cultivates exceptional terroirs, including the Grands Crus of Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Oger, Aÿ, as well as the Premiers Crus of Grauves and Bisseuil. These clay-limestone soils are enhanced by meticulous working methods, including horse-drawn ploughing on their plots Grand Cru, demonstrating a deep respect for the environment.
Stéphanie and Olivier, who began developing their own vineyard in 1997, continue their quest for excellence by producing low dosage Champagnes, highlighting the purity, minerality and finesse of their terroirs. The first bottles were released in 2001, marking the beginning of a new era for the family. With each cuvée, the precision of work carried out by Maison Waris-Hubert translates into elegant, refined Champagnes, combining minerality and floral aromas.
A festive Champagne par excellence, Succulente is a Champagne Rosé Premier Cru made from 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir from the Grauves and Bisseuil terroirs. This Rosé Brut, with a dosage of 7 g/l, is distinguished by its almost fluorescent pink color with violet highlights, and its lively, elegant effervescence.
The fine, gourmand nose reveals aromas of red fruits such as redcurrant and raspberry, enhanced by sweeter notes of blackberry and blackcurrant candy.
On the palate, liveliness and freshness dominate, with crunchy redcurrant flavors and a mineral finish that adds great length. This Champagne Rosé is ideal for festive occasions.
Perfect with amuse-bouches or fruity desserts, Succulente is a cuvée full of character and pleasure.
