Located in the prestigious Grand Cru terroir of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Maison Pertois-Moriset crafts signature Champagnes of remarkable precision and purity. A member of the highly exclusive Club Trésors de Champagne, this independent family estate elevates the Chardonnay of the Côte des Blancs through single-vineyard cuvées acclaimed by connoisseurs and sommeliers alike.
Born from the union of two winemaking families, Maison Pertois-Moriset is today brilliantly led by Cécile and her husband Vincent Bauchet. Together, they have infused the estate with a spirit of modernity while upholding a tradition of excellence. The vineyard spans nearly 19 hectares, distributed in a unique way: approximately 12 hectares of Chardonnay in the Côte des Blancs (Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cramant, Chouilly) and 7 hectares of Pinot Noir in the southern slopes of Épernay.
Pertois-Moriset’s strength lies in a nearly “Burgundian” approach to Champagne. Each vineyard is vinified separately, often in oak (large casks and barrels), to preserve the identity and chalky minerality of each terroir. The house favors long aging on lees and very low dosages (Extra-Brut or Nature), resulting in wines of great integrity, depth, and a silky texture.
Iconic cuvées with a strong identity

Pertois-Moriset is among the most meticulous producers in the Côte des Blancs, with an identity built around Grand Cru Chardonnay and the purest expression of chalky terroirs. Their approach, characterized by a precise understanding of each vineyard plot and a restrained winemaking style, aims to reveal the distinctive minerality of each site. PM06 Édition follows this philosophy of selection and memory, offering a more intimate and evolved perspective on the work in the cellar. This cuvée, crafted from a selection of 2019 base wines patiently aged and reinterpreted, illustrates the house’s commitment to the long term—where the wine ceases to be merely young and enters a more refined and contemplative dimension. The result is a Champagne of depth, where the imprint of time becomes a true stylistic element.
The nose unfolds with beautiful complexity, blending notes of dried fruit, toasted hazelnut, and marzipan with more evolved accents of delicate honey, golden brioche, and candied yellow fruit. Gradually, chalk emerges with subtlety, bringing a mineral freshness that balances the whole and prevents any heaviness. On the palate, the attack is full-bodied, immediately enveloping, yet structured by a framework of acidity that remains lively despite the wine’s maturation. The texture, silky and refined by time, evokes a champagne of confident maturity, where the bubbles become more discreet in favor of a sensation of volume and depth. The balance rests on a persistent saline tension, a signature of the Côte des Blancs, which maintains the wine’s elegant momentum through to the finish, which lingers long on notes of dried fruit and candied citrus.
PM06 Édition thus emerges as a cuvée of memory and nuance, intended for lovers of aged champagnes, where time acts as a revealer of texture and subtlety.
