It's in Mesnil-sur-Oger classified Grand Cru, a famous village among the 17 villages classified Grand Cru out of some 320 villages classified Champagne, that the Pierre Moncuit family has been established for more than a century in 1889, in the heart of the Côte des blancs.
The Pierre Montcuit vineyard Grand Cru covers some 15 hectares, a small part of which is planted with vines dating back more than 50 years.
The children of a fourth generation, Yves and Nicole, now run this beautiful Maison, assisted by a fifth generation, Valérie.

Maison Pierre Moncuit is a family-owned champagne house located in Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the prestigious Côte des Blancs. This Grand Cru blanc de blancs reveals itself in the glass with a golden color and slightly green highlights. The nose initially reveals notes of green apple, quince, and white flowers. After a few minutes of aeration, notes of brioche and toast emerge. Vanilla notes round out the bouquet, adding a beautiful complexity. On the palate, the attack is clean and taut. The acidity is beautifully fresh, supporting intense fruity and pastry flavors. The finish is beautifully mineral, lingering on chalky notes typical of the terroir. An elegant champagne for lovers of precision and refinement.
