Rémy Massin Spécial Club Pinot Noir 2018 champagne has a light gold color with slightly coppery highlights. The nose reveals precise notes of crisp red fruits: strawberry, raspberry, and cherry, accompanied by notes of ripe apple, fresh brioche, and a subtle hint of spice. After aeration, nuances of hazelnut and a delicate chalky dimension appear. On the palate, the attack is full-bodied and indulgent, revealing the generosity of Pinot Noir while maintaining a beautiful tension. The texture is silky, structured by elegant fruit aromas, and leads to a long, fresh and slightly salty finish, which highlights the balance and personality of this cuvée.
