Founded in 1743, this iconic Champagne house, located in Épernay in the heart of the Champagne, is the very symbol of luxury and sophistication in the world of Champagne.
The family's history goes back centuries, when Claude Moët laid the foundations of what would become one of the world's most famous Champagne houses. This history is punctuated by collaborations with royalty, artists and icons of history, propelling the house's renown to unparalleled heights.
Terroir is of crucial importance in the creation of its unrivalled Champagnes. Vineyards extend over hectares in the Vallée de la Marne, Montagne de Reims and Côte des blancs regions, covering a diverse range of terroirs. These varied terroirs offer a palette of flavors that contribute to the complexity of the blends.

Founded in 1743 in Épernay, Moët & Chandon has established itself as one of the leading names in champagne, building its reputation on mastery of blending and stylistic consistency. Brut Impérial, the house’s true emblem, perfectly embodies this philosophy: a non-vintage cuvée crafted from the complementary blend of the three Champagne grape varieties, enriched with reserve wines to preserve, year after year, a stable and recognizable aromatic identity.
In the glass, it presents a luminous straw-yellow color, enlivened by subtle green highlights. The nose opens brilliantly with a fresh and expressive profile featuring notes of crisp green apple and zesty citrus, quickly followed by floral nuances evoking white flowers. As the wine breathes, more developed notes emerge—suggesting brioche—reflecting controlled maturity and a certain depth. On the palate, the attack is clean and lively, carried by fine bubbles that immediately highlight the wine’s freshness. The mid-palate gains roundness, revealing flavours of white-fleshed fruits supported by a balanced structure where generosity and tension blend. The finish, clean and persistent, prolongs citrus accents and a subtle minerality, leaving an impression of harmony and precision.
Brut Impérial embodies a champagne of balance and consistency: a cuvée that is both lively and approachable, where the freshness of the fruit interacts with more developed notes, in a style that is immediately recognizable, faithful to the house’s universal and unifying spirit.
