The Brun family history goes back several generations, when Roger Brun, a passionate winemaker, decided to create his own Champagne house in 1952 in Ay, in the prestigious Montagne de Reims region. From the outset, Roger Brun set out to produce Champagnes of exceptional quality, paying particular attention to every stage of the process, from the vine to the bottle.
Over the years, the Brun family has passed on its winemaking know-how and heritage, and the house of Champagne Roger Brun has developed an enviable reputation in the world of Champagne. Today, the house is still run by members of the Brun family, who proudly perpetuate the values of quality, authenticity and respect for terroir.

Description Roger Brun Cuvée des Sires 2016.
Elegance and refinement define Roger Brun's Cuvée des Sires 2016, a Champagne born from precious parcels of Aÿ.
Only made in the mildest years, it is the house's standard-bearer. Blended from a majority of Pinot Noir complemented by Chardonnay, its subtle, delicate aromas of lemon and vanilla gradually open up to complex notes of butter and toast, testimony to the long years of ageing that have enriched its palette of flavors.
The cuvée's profile is true to the house's Roger Brun ambition: low in dosage, it expresses an authentic Brut character.
This is a connoisseur's Champagne, without exuberance, which warrants savoring the slow evolution of its aromas. It can be enjoyed in the intimacy of a private evening or as an accompaniment to a gala dinner.
A reference to the nobility of yesteryear and a living tribute to the kings of France once guardians of these lands, Cuvée des Sires is a Champagne that should be enjoyed chilled but never iced, in order to pRéserver all its subtlety.
