Domaine Hubert Lamy

The Domaine Hubert Lamy is a highly reputed Domaine from Burgundy, located on Côte de Beaune at Saint-Aubin. An essential reference, it was created in 1973 by Hubert Lamy, then owner of 8 hectares of vines at Saint-Aubin.

Today, Domaine is run by Hubert's son Olivier, and has grown significantly, comprising 18 hectares of vines spread over the Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay appellations.

Olivier, renowned for his rigorous and innovative approach, focuses on environmentally-friendly viticulture to express the full complexity of Bourgogne's climates. The result is wines of great purity that perfectly express their exceptional terroir.

Description Domaine Hubert Lamy Chassagne-Montrachet "Le Concis du Champ" 2022.

The wine presents itself with a fresh, complex nose dominated by acacia, grapefruit and white peach. Subtle toasty notes and a fine woodiness appear after aeration, bringing depth to the whole. The palate is vibrant with bright acidity. Ample and structured, it reveals a beautiful aromatic richness. The taut finish reveals a slight salinity.
