Prince Hubert de Polignac

It was towards the end of the Second World War in the years 1940-1945 that a number of winegrowers and distillers decided to join forces to found a cooperative for the storage of Cognac eaux de vie.

To complete this production circuit, they also decided to bottle their Cognac under the name of an heir to an illustrious family of French aristocracy, Prince Hubert de Polignac. The latter became the privileged Ambassador of Cognac Prince Hubert de Polignac in January 1947.

A few years later in February 1959, Cognac Prince Hubert de Polignac was awarded the prestigious title of Official Supplier to the Court of Denmark.

Today, as more than 70 years ago, this House, which brings together more than 250 Domaines in the delimited Cognac region and whose stocks amount to more than 25,000 casks, continues to seduce in many countries around the world.

Description Prince Hubert de Polignac Héritage du Prince.

It is a Cognac made from a blend of the best old Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie stored at Le Paradis, selected by the Cellar Master for their remarkable and even rarer fragrances.

The color is amber with mahogany reflections of Cuba

On the nose: vanilla and cinnamon lovingly spiced with black, grey and white pepper in a very balanced proportion. A very long finish with floral aromas, undergrowth and leather very flattering

The mouth is ample without aggressiveness, round with marked accents of acacia honey and wax.
