Joël, a unique figure in the world of cognac, remains famous for his extraordinary ingenuity. Eager to preserve his family life while ensuring absolute precision during distillation, he equipped his stills with mechanical alarm mechanisms to automate the cuts. It is this blend of artisanal expertise, natural curiosity, and humor that defines the soul of this bottle.
This L.82/88 cuvée comes exclusively from the premier cru of the Cognac region, Grande Champagne. Crafted from 100% Ugni Blanc, this cognac displays a rare intensity where power and finesse are perfectly balanced.
