Courvoisier

The Maison Courvoisier, one of the oldest houses in Cognac, is a true mainstay.

Founded in 1835 by Emmanuel Courvoisier, this Cognac house has a rich history and a commitment to the quality of its eaux-de-vie.

The Courvoisier family history dates back more than a century and a half, when Emmanuel Courvoisier established the distillery in Jarnac, in the Cognac region. Since then, the Courvoisier family has kept the distillery under its control, taking care to maintain the family heritage and pRéserver tradition. Family continuity is an essential part of the Maison Courvoisier philosophy.

The Maison Courvoisier manages a vast Domaine of vineyards and land in the Cognac region, covering hectares of well-tended vines. This considerable Domaine size allows Courvoisier to have direct control over vine cultivation and guarantee the consistent quality of its grapes, which are the basis of its exceptional Cognacs.

Courvoisier is also known for its commitment to the quality and craftsmanship of Cognac. The house's production methods are steeped in tradition, from distillation in traditional copper stills to aging in French oak barrels. This meticulous approach allows pRéserver the unique aromas and characteristics of the Cognac terroir.

Description Courvoisier Napoléon.

Courvoisier Napoléon Fine Champagne Cognac is a blend from the prestigious terroirs of Petite Champagne, with eaux-de-vie aged for up to 20 years.

This Cognac benefits from meticulous elaboration and exceptional craftsmanship, offering aromatic richness with notes of apricot Secs, sandalwood and a subtle touch of mushroom.

Its voluptuous palate and long finish make it a refined, complex Cognac. Aging in this region, with its chalky soil, gives it great finesse and remarkable length.

Ideal for drinking neat or on the rocks, it has also won numerous awards, including several gold medals, making it an unmissable choice for connoisseurs of exceptional wines.

The care we take when receiving wines in our cellars enables us to detect bottles with imperfections (dirty or faded labels, damaged capsules, etc.). In such cases, they are systematically set aside and never put online! Our preparation team selects only bottles with perfect presentation for your orders!

It is these bottles with slight external defects that we present to you in the "Existe en imparfaite" selection. These bottles are, of course, of "irreproachable" gustatory quality, but suffer from slight defects on the label or cap. We therefore offer them at a preferential price, making the pleasure of tasting them even more affordable.
