The vineyard Claude Thorin located Grande Champagne of Cognac, classified Premier Cru of the region was founded by André Thorin in 1950, today managed by his son Claude. 

This vineyard extends over a hundred hectares and the cellars that house its Cognacs are more than a hundred years old.

Description Claude Thorin Lot 90.

Made exclusively from the Folle Blanche grape variety, now almost extinct in Charente, this Cognac Lot 90 is a tribute to the living heritage of the Claude Thorin house. Passionately cultivated since the 1950s on the Grande Champagne terroir, this capricious variety produces eaux-de-vie of unique aromatic precision and delicacy.

After more than 30 years of ageing, this Cognac reveals a golden amber color, the prelude to a refined nose, marked by an intense, elegant floral bouquet. On the palate, the wine is round, silky and Rare harmonious, offering a complexity subtly balanced between floral finesse, softness and depth.

Lot 90 brilliantly illustrates the full potential of Folle Blanche: a Cognac for connoisseurs, at once Rare, expressive and steeped in history. Enjoy it slowly, neat, at around 20°C, to appreciate all its nobility and aromatic persistence.
