Auguste Dupuy

Founded in 1852 by Auguste Dupuy in Jarnac, France, Maison Dupuy has embodied excellence and expertise in Cognac for over 170 years.

Right from the start, Auguste Dupuy recognized the international prestige of French art de vivre, and it was with passion that he bottled his dream : a Cognac bearing his name.

Passed on to his nephew Edmond, then bought by Thomas Bache-Gabrielsen in 1905, Maison Dupuy continues this tradition today, combining finesse, quality and refinement. The Chai Paradis, where the oldest eaux-de-vie are kept, is the heart of the House, a place where the treasures of Grande and Petite Champagne rest.

Each Cognac produced by the House is an ode to the terroir, aged with patience to offer cuvées of great Rare purity and complexity.

The Rare Réserve range from Maison Dupuy unveils exceptional Cognacs, aged for decades, hand-bottled and presented in carefully numbered limited editions to delight the most demanding connoisseurs.

Made exclusively from very old Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie, this XXO Prestige embodies the ultimate expression of time and terroir. With an average age of 30 years, and some eaux-de-vie exceeding 40 years, it stands out for its aromatic depth, precision and nobility.

The nose, subtle and concentrated, evokes quince jam, cedar wood and leather with a patina of age.

The voluptuous, chiselled palate unfolds deep aromas of dark chocolate, liquorice and wild rose, in a full, silky structure. The exceptionally long finish reveals a balance Rare between power, elegance and floral complexity.

This exceptional Cognac is best enjoyed on its own, unaccompanied, to fully appreciate the finesse of its aromas and the serenity it inspires. A timeless XXO, designed for contemplation.
