This House, founded in 1818 by Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, is still one of the last family-run and independent Champagne Houses, run by François Roland-Billecart, head of the 6th generation.

Description Billecart-Salmon Le Réserve.

This precious nectar aptly embodies the elegance and balance for which Maison Billecart-Salmon is renowned. With its sublime pale gold color, it reveals a fine, complex nose. Notes of white flowers blend harmoniously with subtle hints of white peach, apple and pear. On the palate, the attack is fresh and lively. This beautiful tension structures the wine and accompanies us throughout the tasting. The aromas offer an elegant palette dominated by fruit. The long finish is enhanced by pastry notes.

This Champagne is the ideal companion for a successful aperitif, pairing perfectly with fish or seafood appetizers. It will also be very pleasant as a dessert, accompanied by a Conference pear tart.
