A delicate golden yellow color, adorned with luminous green highlights. Initially, roasted notes of toast, cereal, and hazelnut are revealed. With aeration, sweeter aromas of gingerbread, marzipan, and barley sugar emerge. Finally, lingering notes of fruit and flowers, such as plum, mirabelle plum, quince, orange blossom, and anise, complete the bouquet. A smooth and consistent tasting experience, where a soft and rounded attack gives way to a firm structure, before ending with a fresh and slightly tart finish, reminiscent of clementine or grapefruit.
Its freshness and delicacy pair perfectly with oysters, scallops, or fish carpaccio.
Its roundness and aromatic complexity pair ideally with soft cheeses such as Brie or Camembert, for a rich and balanced taste experience.
