This fresh, harmonious Champagne embodies the soul of the Bonnaire house.
Blended from a perpetual Réserve, it benefits from at least 30 months' aging on lees, guaranteeing complexity and balance.
Made from 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Meunier, it comes from the exceptional terroirs of Cramant (Grand Cru), Bergères-les-Vertus (Premier Cru) and Fossoy.
Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with malolactic fermentation, it is dosed at 4 g/L (Extra brut), offering lovely freshness and a silky texture.
