De Buris Amarone is a prestigious wine renowned for its richness and complexity. Amarone is made from partially dried grapes, which intensifies and concentrates the aromas. The 2008 vintage presents a powerful bouquet of black cherry and fig. Hints of dark chocolate, cloves and dried herbs enhance the initial nose after aeration. On the palate, the wine is full, rich and opulent. The tannins, well integrated by ageing, are smooth and velvety. The aromatic richness of great finesse extends to the long, persistent finish marked by notes of kirsch.
