In the nose: a lot of citrus fruits with a touch of golden apple and a final note of brioche and madeleine as a wink in reading and memory to the French writer Proust.
In the mouth: very nice roundness with a harmony between white flowers and red or white fruits like quince or pear.
To be served around 12°C. Perfect as an aperitif or with white meats from Bresse or king prawns and langoustines or high quality ham such as Parma, Serano or Pata Negra from Spain.
