William was already selling Champagne while Pierre-Hubert was a wine merchant, so they combined their skills to found their own trading house. Description Deutz Rosé.
Brut Rosé from Deutz is a refined made exclusively from Pinot Noir, carefully selected from the exceptional vineyards of Montagne de Reims (80%) and Vallée de la Marne (20%). This characterful Rosé owes its unique identity to the meticulous addition of red wine from old vines on the Côte d'Aÿ and the "Meurtet" parcel, both located on privileged terroirs, perfectly exposed to promote optimal ripening of the grapes.
After five years of cellar ageing, Brut Rosé from Deutz displays a perfectly integrated aromatic palette, where each nuance is in harmony with the whole. Its brilliant pink color, with its remarkable luminosity and depth, immediately catches the eye, accentuated by a dense, elegant effervescence, a sign of masterful vinification.
The nose of this Rosé is distinguished by its power and complexity, an intense expression of Pinot Noir harvested at full maturity. Rich aromas of red berries and stone fruit, slightly candied, are enhanced by notes of brioche and subtle minerality, bringing structure and freshness. This bouquet, both precise and opulent, testifies to the care taken in plot selection and blending.
On the palate, the Brut Rosé Deutz reveals a full, silky, almost voluptuous texture that elegantly envelops the palate. The attack is fruity, highlighting flavors of raspberry, redcurrant and a hint of cherry, while retaining remarkable freshness. The natural power of Pinot Noir is perfectly balanced by a delicate roundness, offering a taste harmony where each sip is a renewed pleasure.
The long, flavorful finish leaves a gourmet impression on the palate, evoking the sweetness of summer days. This Champagne Rosé will appeal to connoisseurs with its depth, elegance and ability to evolve in complexity while retaining a beautiful freshness.
