Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats with traditional pumping-over, followed by a 4-week maceration.

To the eye, La robe deep garnet red with crimson highlights announces great concentration.
The intense nose reveals aromas of ripe black fruit, floral notes of peony and violet, and a subtle touch of cocoa and sweet spices.
On the palate, the attack is full and silky, with a velvety texture marked by fine, ripe tannins, offering a perfect balance between opulence and finesse. Remarkably long, with an elegant finish of licorice and truffle.
