Domaine Hubert Lamy

The Domaine Hubert Lamy is a highly reputed Domaine from Burgundy, located on Côte de Beaune at Saint-Aubin. An essential reference, it was created in 1973 by Hubert Lamy, then owner of 8 hectares of vines at Saint-Aubin.

Today, Domaine is run by Hubert's son Olivier, and has grown significantly, comprising 18 hectares of vines spread over the Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay appellations.

Olivier, renowned for his rigorous and innovative approach, focuses on environmentally-friendly viticulture to express the full complexity of Bourgogne's climates. The result is wines of great purity that perfectly express their exceptional terroir.

Description Hubert Lamy Saint-Aubin "La Princée" 2023.

This Saint-Aubin "La Princée" 2023, vinified by Domaine Hubert Lamy, presents itself in the glass with a pale, luminous yellow-green color. The nose reveals intense aromas of yuzu lemon, chalk, and bergamot. These are mingled with delicate notes of white flowers, hawthorn, and vine blossom, as well as a vegetal nuance that highlights the typical characteristics of the terroir. On the palate, the attack is refined and elegant. The mineral dimension envelops the palate and perfectly highlights the ripe fruit aromas. The balance between freshness and depth is remarkable, while the finish, with its beautiful length, is distinguished by its saline minerality and persistence, with notes of candied lemon and wet stone.
