Domaine Hubert Lamy

The Domaine Hubert Lamy is a highly reputed Domaine from Burgundy, located on Côte de Beaune at Saint-Aubin. An essential reference, it was created in 1973 by Hubert Lamy, then owner of 8 hectares of vines at Saint-Aubin.

Today, Domaine is run by Hubert's son Olivier, and has grown significantly, comprising 18 hectares of vines spread over the Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay appellations.

Olivier, renowned for his rigorous and innovative approach, focuses on environmentally-friendly viticulture to express the full complexity of Bourgogne's climates. The result is wines of great purity that perfectly express their exceptional terroir.

The Saint-Aubin Premier Cru "Les Frionnes" 2023, produced by Domaine Hubert Lamy, is a true ode to the finesse and freshness of great Burgundy white wines. Its pale gold color with green highlights quickly gives way to a nose marked by rare elegance. It opens with delicate notes of white fruit, flowers, and flint. On the palate, this wine reveals its full complexity and balance. The vibrant freshness is balanced by a silky texture. Flavors of ripe pear and white peach, enhanced by a slight touch of vanilla, harmonize gracefully.
