Domaine Hubert Lamy

The Domaine Hubert Lamy is a highly reputed Domaine from Burgundy, located on Côte de Beaune at Saint-Aubin. An essential reference, it was created in 1973 by Hubert Lamy, then owner of 8 hectares of vines at Saint-Aubin.

Today, Domaine is run by Hubert's son Olivier, and has grown significantly, comprising 18 hectares of vines spread over the Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay appellations.

Olivier, renowned for his rigorous and innovative approach, focuses on environmentally-friendly viticulture to express the full complexity of Bourgogne's climates. The result is wines of great purity that perfectly express their exceptional terroir.

Description Hubert Lamy Saint-Aubin Premier Cru "Clos de la Chatenière" 2023.

The Saint-Aubin Premier Cru "Clos de la Chatenière" 2023 from Domaine Hubert Lamy presents itself in the glass with a pale yellow color, luminous and sparkling with youthfulness. On the nose, the wine displays a palette of aromas of great purity, elegantly blending floral notes with fresh citrus fruits such as lemon and bergamot. A touch of white fruits, pear and peach, adds beautiful depth. On the palate, the balance is magnificent. The wine harmoniously combines a mellow, almost creamy texture with a lively freshness, the signature of the 2023 vintage. The aromatic power is fully expressed with notes of white-fleshed fruits and citrus. The long, salty finish leaves an impression of persistence and complexity.
