Description Domaine Tollot-Beaut Savigny Champ Chevrey Premier Cru Monopole 2022.

Established in Chorey-les-Beaune for four generations, the Domaine Tollot-Beaut produces an exceptional Savigny-Champ-Chevrey Premier Cru Monopole, whose confidential quantities make it a sought-after rare wine. In the 2022 vintage, this parcel, unique to Domaine, produced a wine with rich substance, marked minerality and full expression of fruit.

To the eye, it stands out with its brilliant ruby color.

The nose reveals the minerality of the terroir, accompanied by subtle notes of red fruit.

Remarkably long on the palate, with elegant, well-balanced persistence.

With an ageing potential of 12 to 15 years, this wine can be enjoyed now or aged in the cellar to develop its full complexity. Served at an optimal temperature of between 15 and 16°C, this Savigny-Champ-Chevrey goes wonderfully well with roast poultry.
