Description Mauxion 1960 "La Malle".

This exceptional Cognac comes from a family estate in the village of Le Cluzeau, also the birthplace of the Mauxion family, nestled in the heart of the Fins Bois appellation. For over three generations, this family has cultivated its know-how with passion and discretion, preserving its independence by refusing to sell its production to the big houses. The unique stock has been carefully preserved and passed on as a precious heirloom.

From the 1960 vintage, this Cognac has been bottled Brut from cask, without reduction or cold filtration, guaranteeing aromatic purity and original power intact.

Appearance: Pale gold, bright and luminous.

Nose: Subtlety and refinement, with delicate rancio, woody notes of cedar and floral notes (white flowers), with an elegant "feminine" touch.

Palate: A clean, rich attack, revealing remarkable precision. Dominated by spices, the palate ends on a persistent finish, sustained by fine, harmonious tannins.
