Description Mauxion 1959 "La Malle".

This exceptional edition, Millésiméth 1959, is a testament Rare to family craftsmanship. Originating from the Mauxion family's native village in the heart of Les Fins Bois, this Cognac draws its uniqueness from the clay-limestone terroir characteristic of this region.

The vineyard, made up of old vines, is located behind the family home. Distillation in a small traditional alembic, followed by barrel aging without blending or reduction, gives this Cognac incomparable authenticity. No cold filtration process is used, in order to pRéserver the product's aromatic richness.

Bottled in 2010, this limited edition marks the final batch of this vintage.

Appearance: Bright, golden with subtle copper highlights.

Nose: Complex aromas of candied fruit, wrapped in warm spices such as cinnamon and gingerbread, with an assertive rancio.

Palate: Perfect intensity and balance. The fruity and spicy notes on the nose unfold harmoniously on the palate.
