Made exclusively from the Ugni Blanc grape variety and the Grande Champagne terroir, this Cognac Millésimé 2000 is the faithful expression of a single, unblended vintage. Aged patiently in red barrels, it has retained all the finesse and aromatic freshness of its origin, sublimated by time.

La robe golden color heralds controlled maturity. The intense nose reveals spicy touches mingling with deeper, warmer notes. On the palate, this Cognac is distinguished by a supple, silky roundness, carried by delicate aromas of vanilla and candied fruit. The structure is elegant and balanced, with a refined aromatic persistence.
