Description Ardbeg Corryvreckan.

This Islay single malt pays homage to Europe's most powerful sea whirlpool, from which it takes its name. On the nose, it unfolds an intense palette of deep peat, tar, sea salt, and black pepper, enhanced by notes of redcurrant, cherry, and brown sugar. A touch of roasted coffee and dark chocolate adds to its complexity, while a fresh minerality recalls the wild sea spray of Islay. On the palate, the attack is powerful and velvety, with an explosion of smoky flavors, red fruits, caramel, and warm spices. The texture, both creamy and invigorating, reveals a beautiful tension between the sweetness of vanilla and the strength of the peaty aromas.
