Premium Grands Crus, true to its charter, has selected only a few parcels from its vineyard, because they are classified Grand Cru at the top of the Bourgognes quality hierarchy:

- the parcel Le Grand Maupertui de Clos Vougeot Grand Cru

- the Les Loachausses parcel from Echezeaux Grand Cru

- the Richebourg parcel Grand Cru

All three micro-climates, A-rated diamonds, within the climate, itself belonging to Grand Cru.

The vines, with an average age of 60 years, are planted on clay-limestone soil and produce a total of around 30,000 bottles, depending on the vintage. All the grapes are harvested by hand and by sorting.

The art of tasting these wines is evident in the small red fruit flavors.

Their colors are dark ruby, becoming a superb carmine with age after cellar aging, bottle lying down, away from light and noise.

The care we take when receiving wines in our cellars enables us to detect bottles with imperfections (dirty or faded labels, damaged capsules, etc.). In such cases, they are systematically set aside and never put online! Our preparation team selects only bottles with perfect presentation for your orders!

It is these bottles with slight external defects that we present to you in the "Existe en imparfaite" selection. These bottles are, of course, of "irreproachable" gustatory quality, but suffer from slight defects on the label or cap. We therefore offer them at a preferential price, making the pleasure of tasting them even more affordable.
