Terms of delivery
The PREMIUM GRANDS CRUS team takes great care in preparing your order. We check every shipment and use only protective packaging to prevent breakage.
Packages are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, in France. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. All orders received before 11:45 a.m. are prepared the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays in France).
You must check your parcels on receipt in the presence of the delivery person. In case of doubt (breakage, missing items, repackaging,...) you must refuse the parcel or indicate any anomaly on the delivery slip, next to the deliveryman's signature. You have 2 days to make a complaint to our customer service department.
