Terms of delivery
The PREMIUM GRANDS CRUS team takes great care in preparing your order. We check every shipment and use only protective packaging to prevent breakage.
Packages are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, in France. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Our lead times vary from 1 to 5 days depending on the order flow.
You must check your parcels on receipt in the presence of the delivery person. In case of doubt (breakage, missing items, repackaging,...) you must refuse the parcel or indicate any anomaly on the delivery slip, next to the deliveryman's signature. You have 2 days to make a complaint to our customer service department.

Prices are given for information only. The calculation of delivery charges depends on the weight and volume of the bottles and is automatically updated in your basket.

Delivery Switzerland and United Kingdom
For all orders of Champagne, please allow an additional 24 hours to obtain the Champagne certificate, which is mandatory
For the UNITED KINGDOM:
- The amount indicated on the www.premiumgrandscrus.com website takes into account all taxes and duties. No tax will be added to the price paid when the order is placed. There will be nothing to pay to the carrier.
For SWITZERLAND: The amount indicated on the www.premiumgrandscrus.com website does not take into account taxes and duties which are payable by the customer and which will be paid directly to the carrier once the goods have been dispatched. For further information or to receive a cost etimate, please contact us.

Delivery USA
- The amount indicated on the www.premiumgrandscrus.com website includes all taxes and duties. No tax will be added to the price paid at the time of order.
- Administrative customs clearance fees are applied to each order: €55 for up to 6 bottles, €75 for 7 to 12 bottles, €95 for 13 to 24 bottles, and an additional €100 for any order over €2,200.
