Champagne Siret Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut 2013
- Bottle 0.75L
Wine and spirits masterpieces to your doorstep
The Champagne Siret Frère et Sœur is the fruit of a family renaissance, the union of two terroirs, that of the Côte des blancs and the Côte des Bar. Stemming from an entirely family and artisanal work, from the cultivation of the vine to the numbering of the bottle, the wines are a reflection of its identity and the art of time.
Through a work of the vine in the respect of the biodiversity and the rhythms of the nature, aged in cellar at least 48 months and weakly dosed, it is from the control of the time that is born the harmony of the Siret wines.
The Domaine exploits a planted surface of vineyards of 3,5 hectares distributed on 25 parcels. The vines are derived from massal selection on the entire plot.
Limitation of soil work, inputs, absence of synthetic inSecticide, application of herbal teas and decoctions of plants... their work on the vine is part of an agro-ecological, alternative and thoughtful approach.
