Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Merlot noir 40%, Petit Verdot 5% and Cabernet Franc 5%. The yield is 600,000 bottles depending on the vintage, i.e. 6,500 to 6,800 bottles per hectare.

All grapes are harvested by hand, and the small berries are sorted in the winery. Vatting lasts around 28 to 30 days, then the wine is aged in new barrels for around half of it, for 16 months before bottling.
