Pierre Ferrand

Ferrand, a name attached to the land of Grande Champagne, the Premier Cru of the Cognac region, which the winegrowers of this exceptional terroir describe as loving because it is very calcareous and slightly clayey, it sticks to the feet as it is walked over meter after meter during seasonal work in the vineyard.

Five generations of Pierre Ferrand have succeeded each other in this village of Angeac-Champagne, which is among the mythical villages like Segonzac, Touzac, Verrières, Ambleville, Criteuil... from this terroir of great reputation that has crossed centuries and oceans and is the origin of Cognac.

The vineyard covers a little less than 30 hectares.
