The Macallan

The source of the water flowing through the distillery comes from an underground spring called "The Macallan River".

The malting, brewing, fermentation and distillation processes are carried out with care to extract the very essence of the barley and the flavors of the terroir. Distillation takes place in traditional copper stills, contributing to the whisky's finesse and complexity.
