Château Beauregard

The Château Beauregard is a sumptuous wine estate located in the Pomerol appellation, in the Bordeaux region.

This magnificent estate has a fascinating history, a deep family tradition and an exceptional Domaine that make it one of the jewels of Bordeaux viticulture.

The history dates back to the 18th century, when the Moueix family acquired the property in 1795. Since then, the Moueix family has played a key role in the preservation and development of this Domaine vineyard. Specifically, family member Christian Moueix has managed the estate and been the driving force behind its rise to world renown. Description Le Benjamin de Beauregard 2018.

Second wine from Château Beauregard to Pomerol, Benjamin is made through a very strict plot selection on rather sandy soils. Vinification is adapted to the harvest, and less than a third of the wine is aged in new oak, to ensure delicate wines. La robe garnet-red with purplish tints quickly gives way to a powerful nose with notes of blackberry and sweet spices. Fresh on the palate, with velvety tannins. This delicious wine can be enjoyed now, or cellared for a few more years to allow it to develop further.
