From the prestigious Saint-Estèphe appellation, Pez's Château wines are elegant and refined. The 2019 vintage is no exception. With its magnificent garnet-red color and purplish highlights, the wine expresses aromas of redcurrant, blackberry and iris on the nose. After aeration, notes of blond tobacco and licorice add depth and complexity. On the palate, the attack is clean and the body melting. The tannins are refined and silky, giving a velvety structure. The aromatic notes on the nose are confirmed and carry us through to the precise, persistent finish.
