Pascal Doquet

Pascal Doquet is a winemaker who has been practicing his talents since 1982, he took over the management of the family Domaine Doquet Jeanmaire from 1995 to 2003 with a special focus on vineyard work and wine making.

In order to be able to operate freely on the conduct of the vineyard, he decided to buy back the shares of the family Domaine in full and to move towards healthier cultivation methods that respect the terroirs of Champagne.

The Vineyard consists of 8.66 hectares, solely on Premiers Crus and Grands Crus terroirs.

Since 2004, the Cuvées have therefore been sold under the Pascal Doquet brand: Arpège, Anthocyanes, Diapason, Le Mont Aimé, Vertus and Le Mesnil on Oger.

The House obtains moreover since the 2010 harvest, the label organic farming.

The care we take when receiving wines in our cellars enables us to detect bottles with imperfections (dirty or faded labels, damaged capsules, etc.). In such cases, they are systematically set aside and never put online! Our preparation team selects only bottles with perfect presentation for your orders!

It is these bottles with slight external defects that we present to you in the "Existe en imparfaite" selection. These bottles are, of course, of "irreproachable" gustatory quality, but suffer from slight defects on the label or cap. We therefore offer them at a preferential price, making the pleasure of tasting them even more affordable.
