Description Domaine Trapet Père & Fils Riesling Schoenenbourg Grand Cru 2015.

North of Riquewihr, the vines are planted between 265 and 380 m altitude, on a fairly steep slope.

On Schœnenbourg, Riesling is king. Muscat and Pinot Gris also succeed wonderfully.

Renowned since the High Middle Ages, Schœnenbourg wines were famous in all the countries of northern Europe from the 16th century.

The Grands Crus Schœnenbourg, excellent wines for aging, develop powerful and rich aromas. the terroir's microclimate is particularly suited to the prestigious Late Harvests and Selections of Noble Grains.
