In 1859, the Maison Duval-Leroy est crée par l'association d'Armand Leroy et de Jules Duval.
Today, the estate cultivates 200 hectares planted mainly with grape varieties Chardonnay from parcels classified Grand Cru or Premier Cru at the very top of the Crus scale created in 1911.
This House based in Vertus in Champagne is currently run by the 6th generation.
Nowadays, the House produces many qualities, each more remarkable than the next.
On the nose: fragrances of white flowers such as acacia or apple tree, tangerine, Corsican clementine and almonds from Provence.
The mouth is silky with a slight chalky touch. Very nice expressions of citrus fruits like Menton lemon or Crete apricot.
To be served around 10°C with tapas of shrimps with Espelette pepper, scampi or lobsters flavoured with grey or black pepper.
