This Très vieux Cognac comes from an indivision that was established when the winegrower died several years ago.
His widow and children manage the inheritance with care and patience, in memory of this man.
One of the grandchildren has taken over the property, which has since become a major Borderies operation.
The grandfather's stock, however, is managed separately, and housed in a separate chai in the center of the village of Burie, located in the heart of the Borderies.
