This Château is fully certified organic by Ecocert.

Description Château Sainte Marguerite - Symphonie 2023.

Domaine is located in the town of La Londe les Maures, facing the sea. It is made up of 11 parcels spread over 22km between La Londe and Pierrefeu, each with its own exposure, climate and soil. The Symphonie cuvée is made from grapes grown in this rich vineyard, with its many terroirs, and from grapes grown in partner vineyards. It is this harmonious composition of aromas and notes that inspired its name. It is the result of a blend of 45% Grenache for aromatic intensity and silkiness, 45% Cinsault for delicacy, and 10% Rolle for freshness and a complementary aromatic structure. The grapes undergo cold skin maceration before pressing to preserve the intensity of the fruit. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled vats, with ageing on fine lees.

This is a Rosé emblematic of Provence, fresh, fine and aromatic. Its color is a light salmon pink. The nose exhales aromas of white flowers, peach and grapefruit peel. On the palate, aromatic freshness continues the bouquet, with delicate white orchard fruit aromas and a kumquat zest that adds a little extra length.

This Côtes de Provence Rosé Château Sainte Marguerite Symphonie 2023 will go perfectly with a back of Saint Pierre with beurre blanc, or to make it more local, green asparagus from Provence roasted in olive oil.
