The Domaine of Frédéric Savart covers four hectares and is located in the Secteur of the village of Ecueil, Premier Cru of the Montagne de Reims. A house of Champagne that happens to be a true pearl of prestige and high quality, where the conduct of the vineyard and winemaking is worthy of a work of goldsmith.

La Maison Savart: exceptional expertise

Frédéric Savart took over his father's vineyard planted with 3.5 hectares of Pinot Noir and 0.5 hectares of Chardonnay, and constantly strives to produce Champagnes offering the purest possible expression of their terroir. Favoring hand-work and preventive methods to pRéserver an ecosystem within his vines, he then guides the vinifications gently and precisely so that the wines retain their identity. His Champagnes are imbued with emotion, finesse and distinction. Great Champagnes from a winemaker, quite simply.

The Maison Savard's emblematic cuvées

L'Ouverture, the perfect name to present its first must-have cuvée and which constitutes its range debut in Premier Cru. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, it has lovely balance, fruity notes and a fine bubble, making it a perfect Champagne for aperitifs.

L'Accomplie is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, is a silky, elegant and round Champagne due to the fact that malolactic fermentation is partially completed. Particularly exquisite with refined starters.

Le Mont Benoit 2017 is a Extra-Brut that has lovely tension, freshness and vinosity giving it plenty of charm.

It is a Premier Cru champagne exclusively harvested in Ecueil and Villiers-aux-Noeuds

Grape variety : 30% Chardonnay - 70% Pinot Noir

Half of the wines are aged in oak barrels.

In the nose: exotic fruits and sweet spices are the dominant ones

The mouth is silky and elegant.

To be served around 10°C on smoked salmon or foie gras canapés.
