Henriot

The House of Champagne Henriot is a large family Champagne house founded in 1808.

A large part of the grape supplies come from the Côte des blancs, and essentially from the premier crus and grand crus of Champagne.

The resulting Chardonnay grape variety gives the measure of the House's style on elegance and refinement.

Description Henriot Brut Souverain.

Henriot Brut Souverain is the first cuvée to be created in the history of Maison Henriot since it was founded in 1808 by Apolline Henriot.

Through this Champagne, Maison Henriot tells the story of all the crus that make up its vineyard. Henriot Brut Souverain is a multi-crus, multi-year blend of the three main Champagne grape varieties; Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier.

La robe is straw gold, clear and bright.

On the nose, this cuvée exudes magnificent vivacity. Citrus notes are followed by floral bouquets, vine flower and elderberry.

The palate is balanced and harmonious, summoning brioche notes, combined with the crispness of burlat cherry.
