Le Champagne Fleury is an artisanal Champagne house, a pioneer in the Domaine of biodynamic viticulture and the production of organic Champagnes. Founded in 1895 by Emile Fleury, this family-run house is located in the village of Courteron, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, in the Champagne region.

The Fleury family history goes back more than five generations, when Emile Fleury decided to embark on viticulture and the production of Champagne. Over the years, the Fleury family has passed on its winemaking know-how and heritage from generation to generation, preserving an attachment to traditional values while adopting innovative practices.

The terroir of the Côte des Bar is an essential characteristic for the quality of Fleury Champagnes. The vines are cultivated in harmony with nature, helping to produce grapes of the highest quality, authentic and... See more ...

Description Fleury Cépages Blanc 2011.

Made exclusively from Chardonnay and with a low dosage (2g/l), Fleury Cépages Blanc 2011 is a lively Champagne of great aromatic richness.

The nose develops notes of dried fruit and mirabelle plum. On the palate, aromas of peaches, almonds and white flowers such as acacia blossom are revealed.

A vintage Champagne, half of which is vinified in vats and half in oak barrels, it develops fine evolutionary notes marked by brioche and dried fruits such as currants and hazelnuts.

It will be particularly appreciated with glazed chicken and chanterelle risotto, or Kougelhopf with grapes.
