Le Champagne Fleury is an artisanal Champagne house, a pioneer in the Domaine of biodynamic viticulture and the production of organic Champagnes. Founded in 1895 by Emile Fleury, this family-run house is located in the village of Courteron, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, in the Champagne region.

The Fleury family history goes back more than five generations, when Emile Fleury decided to embark on viticulture and the production of Champagne. Over the years, the Fleury family has passed on its winemaking know-how and heritage from generation to generation, preserving an attachment to traditional values while adopting innovative practices.

Description Fleury Fleur de l'Europe Magnum.

Precursor of biodynamics in Champagne, the Fleur de l'Europe cuvée was the first biodynamic cuvée was produced by the Fleury house in 1992.

Undosed champagne whose reserve wines represent a large part of the blend (42%).

This zero dosage reveals an expression of purity and brings extreme finesse to this cuvée.

The dress, of a brilliant gold reveals greedy aromas of honey, acacia but also vanilla.

The palate is ample and generous, remarkably expressive and full of freshness. A chiseled wine, with great tension and a hint of salinity.

A champagne paired with a sweetbread vol-au-vent or a grilled almond bass on the barbecue.
